The strip comes with adhesive tape on the back, making it easy to attach to horizontal surfaces. If the strip is to be used on porous, uneven, or suboptimal surfaces, additional adhesive should be used. If the strip is to be hung upside down to illuminate downwards, additional adhesive should also be used.
For longer lengths of strip, there is a decrease in power consumption, so the actual consumption per meter is:
For a 10 cm strip: 7.5 W/meter
For a 1 meter strip: 5.5 W/meter
For a 5 meter strip: 3 W/meter
We recommend a maximum of 10 meters in series at 12V.
